4.3 Goods

Physical items such as printed guides and resource materials mailed to clients.

5. Payment Terms

Fees for services are due as specified in the engagement letter or at the time of purchase for information products and goods. We accept major credit and debit cards. All fees are non-negotiable unless otherwise stated.

6. Refund Policy

6.1 Legal Services

Due to the bespoke nature of legal services, once work has commenced under an engagement letter, no refund will be issued. However, you may request to reschedule the service at least 7 days prior to the agreed date. Requests for rescheduling are subject to availability.

6.2 Information Products

If you are not satisfied with an information product, you may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase. To request a refund, please Contact Us. Refunds will be issued within 14 days via the original payment method.

6.3 Goods

Physical items may be returned in their original, unused condition within 14 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please Contact Us. Refunds will be processed within 10 days of receipt of returned items, via the original payment method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the client unless the return is due to a firmlegix.online error.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, FirmLegix will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services.
